Since our inception in 1992, Ultident has built relationships with our clients based on the quality of our products, our high level of customer service, competitive pricing and a desire to continue improving. Total customer satisfaction is the goal.

In order to demonstrate this commitment, we have implemented a Quality Management System that meets the requirements of ISO 9001-2000 and ISO 13485-2003.

We also possess a Canadian Medical Device License. This license allows the sale and distribution of products Health Canada categorizes as “Medical Devices”.

These designations are an indication of our continued commitment to quality and client satisfaction.

Our suppliers are integral in helping us deliver value to our customers. Their performance is audited and reviewed on a regular basis to assure that high standards are met. As well, potential suppliers must fulfill all requirements of our Quality Management System in order to be considered.

To assure you that each member of our team has done their best to endure a quality experience, your order is documented with the names of every individual involved in the process - including your Territory Manager, Customer Service Representative and Warehouse Representatives in charge of picking and packing.
